Hey there!
I’m Ethan Neal, and I love thinking outside the box to solve problems
A Little About Me
I’m Ethan Neal, a fourth-year mechanical engineering student at Northeastern University with a passion for solving complex issues and making meaningful contributions to the world around me. My journey into engineering began with a desire to tackle real-world challenges, from optimizing designs to enhancing production processes. Over the course of my studies and through several co-op experiences, I’ve been fortunate to grow my skills as an engineer, learning not just from textbooks but from hands-on projects in professional settings.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with companies like Keurig Dr Pepper and Boyd Corporation, where I’ve honed my design and problem-solving abilities. Whether it was redesigning a water filter holder to save money annually or creating a precise and adjustable welding fixture, each project has reinforced my dedication to creating efficient, practical solutions. I’ve also embraced the power of AI to streamline processes, making engineering work smarter and more impactful.
Looking ahead, my professional goal is to continue refining my design skills while contributing to projects that have a net positive impact on the world. I’m driven by the belief that thoughtful, innovative engineering can shape a more sustainable and efficient future.
